    1. Nyanya Market: Nyanya market is on the outskirts of the city, close to neighbouring Nassarawa state. It is one of the most popular places for thrift shopping among residents in the suburbs. For the most part, prices are affordable but it ranges based on the seller and item being sold. The market opens on Wednesdays and Saturdays and clothes at this market can go for as cheap as N900.
    2. Mararaba Market: Another popular market on the city’s outskirts is Mararaba market. This may seem far but on a BRT bus, getting to the market from the city center costs less than N300. The sellers at the market hassle and haggle but if you can deal with it, there is plenty of goodies you can acquire for as low as N300. Awesome, right? The market day is on Sundays but the traders do sell on Saturday too.
    3. Wuse Market: This list would be incomplete without the mention of the largest market in Abuja, the popular Wuse market. You can get shirts between 1,000-1,500 naira, and bottoms like skirts and trousers could go for between 1,500-3,000 naira – depending on the trader and your bargaining skills. It’s also a good place to get your denim staples like mom jeans and denim jackets. The market is also centrally situated in the city center.
    4. Garki Market: Garki market is the second largest market in Abuja and also a hub of cheap thrift clothes. Another perk at the market is the quality of the materials. You could almost mistake some jeans as brand new. Trendy fashion and foreign brands like Zara, Gucci and H&M are equally available and all these for between N1500 to N3000.
    5. Karimo Market: This market is quite a hassle-filled market. So, if you’re not about that ‘stress life’, then this place is not for you. But if you like a good bargain, then check it out. In Karimo Market, you can find outfits for as low as N400. However, Karimo Market is a Tuesday Market.
