Wurld

Sadiq Onifade, professionally known as "Wurld," is a 39-year-old Nigerian singer-songwriter. His career began in 2012 with his first single, "Beyond Our Dreams," from his debut EP, Evolution, which he released in 2013. In 2015, WurlD went certified gold with his Sony Music release, "Follow You," with Polish DJ Gromee.

Sadiq is an electronic, soul, and pop artist who began recording music as a teenager while pursuing his education. He released "Show You Off," an Afro-soul record featuring Walshy Fire of Major Lazer and Afrobeat producer Shizzi, and gained global recognition when the song went viral in 2016. In 2017, he was nominated for Best Diaspora Act at the Nigerian Entertainment Award alongside Rotimi and Wale.

By 2019, he co-wrote the hit song "Blow My Mind" by Davido featuring Chris Brown, and by 2023, he had written over a million songs.
