About

Stephen Anthony Ndukwu, professionally known as Steven Ndukwu, is a Nigerian filmmaker, media entrepreneur, and content curator. He began his career as a graphic designer, web designer, and videographer, using YouTube to teach himself filmmaking and the equipment.

In 2017, Steven launched his YouTube channel, where he taught others how to create content, before pivoting to become an internet personality and influencer focused on showcasing African tourism and real estate.

His breakthrough came with a viral travel vlog of a resort in Nigeria, which also inspired him to create more content centred on showcasing the beauty of Lagos, Nigeria, and then the continent. By 2023, he had reached over 15 countries, showcasing their tourism sites and entrepreneurs to promote Africa and raise awareness of its rich culture, diversity, and potential.

Steven is also known for his interviews and investigative-type features. In April 2024, he visited Akon City, a planned city in Senegal's Thiès region, to investigate its viability, and he has collaborated with organisations and brands such as the World Trade Centre Abuja, the Zimbabwe Tourism Authority, the Rwanda Development Board, the Ogun State government, and Eko Atlantic City. In 2022, he was one of 26 Africans selected for the YouTube Black Voices Creator Class of 2022, an initiative funded by Google to empower Black creators.
