Georgina Onuoha

Georgina Onuoha is a veteran Nollywood actress, model, television personality and philanthropist. She hails Anambra state in South Eastern Nigeriaia. She joined the Nigeria movie industry at the tender age of 10.  The movie "Living in Bondage" threw her into the limelight in 1992 and she was nominated for best supporting actress at the Africa Movie Academy Awards.

Since then, she starred in over 150 movies such as Egg of Life, Die Another Day, Without Apology, Eye of the Gods and so on. In 2006 she was nominated for Best Supporting Actress at the AMA Awards.

Georgina quit Nollywood and took up a job as a healthcare worker in the US. However, she came back in 2016 starring alongside Angela Okorie in the movie 'Ure'. She is married to American based husband, Ifeanyi Igwegbe and they have two daughters.

She has made her name as one of the richest and most influential Nollywood actresses with a worth grossing over $500,000.
