Fela Durotoye

Adetokunbo Olufela Durotoye, professionally known as Fela Durotoye, is a business consultant, motivational speaker, politician, and leadership expert well-known for being one of the Nigerian presidential candidates in 2019 under ANN.

He was also appointed in 2023 as the Senior Special Assistant to President Bola Tinubu on National Values & Social Justice Administration. Fela started his career as a financial analyst in 1992 and went on to work as head of the customer service department at Phillips Consulting Limited in 1998. In 2000, he founded V.I.P. Consulting Limited and became well known in the customer and human management field in Nigeria before it was restructured and switched from a consulting firm to a social enterprise called Visible Impact Limited.

He facilitates and speaks at leadership and management retreats both internationally and within Nigeria and has shared a podium with other leaders like Peter Obi and technologist Ade Olufeko.
