Kennedy Nnadi, managing director/CEO, Pennek Nigeria Limited, is in charge of one of the top ranking real estate companies in Nigeria.  He started the company with an equivalent of about $2,000 in 2013 – which has fast-forwarded to an entity with several residential estates in Lagos, Owerri, Awka, Enugu and Federal Capital Territory (Abuja).
