Ebenezer Agu is a poet and an essayist from Nigeria. He is poetry editor at 14 Queer Art, a collective of some Nigerian artists that publishes queer-themed art. He is also editor-in-chief at 20.35 Africa: An Anthology of Contemporary Poetry. In its second year, 20.35 Africa is on to release the second issue of its annual anthology which features both notable and emerging contemporary African poets from the continent and the diaspora. In 2018, Ebenezer was selected as a culture and arts expert at the AU-EU Youth Cooperation Hub, a multi-stakeholder initiative – with youth at its core – seeking to test new approaches to common challenges facing the AU and the EU.
